Each card is published by a publication. For example this card is published by "Newscard".
While Newscard is in beta status, we require that all publications be approved by us before they can create cards.
Each card can have multiple writers (who can create and edit cards), and admins (who can manage membership).
Each card within a publication has a single owner, who is responsible for editing that card. Writers automatically own cards they create, and admins can change the ownership of a card.
